Juan More Pack Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Juan More Pack, operated by Juan More Productions LLC.

2. Eligibility

• Open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• Employees, affiliates, or immediate family members of Juan More Pack are not eligible to win.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on the date listed on the giveaway page and ends at the time and date specified. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Participants may submit one (1) entry per email address per calendar day by completing the official entry form.

To submit a valid entry, participants must:

• Provide a valid email address.
• Provide their Instagram username.
• Be subscribed to the Juan More Pack email newsletter.
• Agree to these Official Rules.

5. Duplicate Entries

Only one entry per email address per day is permitted.

Multiple submissions using the same email address on the same day, automated entries, or attempts to manipulate the giveaway may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Juan More Pack.

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway closes.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the email address provided during entry.

If the selected winner:

• Does not respond within 72 hours;
• Cannot be contacted;
• Is found to be ineligible; or
• Refuses the prize,

an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Prize

The prize will be described on the giveaway page.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted except at the sole discretion of Juan More Pack.

9. Shipping

Juan More Pack will ship prizes to the winner at no additional cost unless otherwise stated.

Juan More Pack is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments after the prize has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

10. Fraud and Disqualification

Juan More Pack reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Provides false information.
• Uses multiple email addresses to gain additional entries.
• Uses automated software, bots, scripts, or fraudulent methods.
• Attempts to interfere with the operation of the giveaway.

11. Privacy

Information collected through this giveaway will be used to:

• Administer the giveaway.
• Contact winners.
• Send marketing emails from Juan More Pack.

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time after the giveaway.

12. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Juan More Productions LLC, Juan More Pack, its owners, affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or liability arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.

13. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta in any way.

By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing information to Juan More Pack and not to Instagram.

14. Modification or Cancellation

Juan More Pack reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the giveaway.

15. Acceptance of Rules

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Juan More Pack, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.
